“What if I don’t like it and I want to send it back?”

I think it’s highly unlikely that you will be unhappy with our fireplace and would want to send it back to us, as most of our customers absolutely love our product, and many rave about it. Check our reviews.

However, if you’re not happy with it, of course you can send it back to us for a refund. We don’t want you to have a fireplace that you don’t love. Simply pack it up in the same boxes that we shipped it to you in, and send the product back to us just like you would any other product purchased online, using the same method of shipping we did to get it to you.

Once we receive it back, we will inspect it to make sure it is not damaged, and has all it’s parts, and is in resellable condition with no scratches or dents. Then we’ll offer a refund in accordance with our published refund policy on our website. You can check that out in the footer of our website for more details.

I can tell you that you will not find a more realistic electric fireplace out there, and ours is by far the best buy by a very wide margin.
