We’ve designed the MagikFlame from the ground up to be easy to use and intuitive. For instance, it includes a full-color touchscreen similar to what you might find on your smartphone. Simply press on the icon to control that function. For instance, press the flame icon and then use the left and right arrows to select the desired flame. You can hit the speaker icon and then adjust the volume up and down. It’s not difficult to use at all. The iPhone app has the same exact interface as a touchscreen, with intuitive and easy-to-use icons, for all the functions.
Our instruction manual is very detailed and comprehensive. It walks you through every step of operation, and we provide technical support 7 days a week if you have any questions about the use of your fireplace. VIP tech support is available for the life of the product and we will always do our best to help you with any questions you may have. We are here to support you when you need it.
