However, we work very hard to not only produce the best product we can but also provide the best customer service that we possibly can as well. We are the only fireplace manufacturer where you can speak to someone in sales or tech support 7 days a week. We build our insert in the United States with American workers and top-quality components. We spent five years developing and engineering our holographic projection technology, which will get you very close to the look of a real fire, without actually setting something on fire.

There are indeed some drawbacks to our technology which are minor, but for the most part, our fireplace looks absolutely fantastic and most people love it. It’s a technical product and takes some getting used to, but most people find it intuitive and easy to use. If you look at our reviews you’ll see much more positive than negative and that’s a testament to the quality of our product.
