“It’s to expensive to ship back”

I think it’s highly unlikely that you will be unhappy with our fireplace and would want to send it back to us, as most of our customers absolutely love our product, and many rave about it. Check our reviews.

However, if you’re not happy with it, of course, you can send it back to us for a refund. We don’t want you to have a fireplace that you don’t love. Keep in mind that, just like any other product purchased online, it must be returned in order to be issued a refund. Our fireplace is no different. We would require you to pay to ship it back and the price it cost to ship it to you is non-refundable, as that is a service that was performed in order to get you the fireplace.

I think that the risk of paying shipping is small compared to the years of enjoyment most people get from our fireplace, but ultimately the decision is up to you. I can tell you that we’re selling our fireplaces faster than we can build them, and oftentimes we even have a waiting list. That’s a testament to the quality of our product and the demand for our fireplace.
