The MagikFlame is designed to operate inside your home and was not designed for outdoor use. There are a lot of electronics inside of our fireplace that are susceptible to extreme temperatures like hot and cold. Our insert is NOT water resistant and therefore water or moisture can significantly damage the unit, as well as extreme temperatures.
We do not recommend using your fireplace outdoors as it contains delicate electronics that can be easily damaged. Use outdoors will void the warranty and can be hazardous. Indoor use only.
