The glass supplied with the MagikFlame is special holographic glass. That means that it has a special optical coating applied to the glass so great care should be taken when cleaning it.
First of all, never use glass cleaner like Windex or anything with ammonia, as that can remove the optical coating. Instead, use simple isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Use a silicone cloth or a microfiber cloth to clean the glass after installation. This soft material will not scratch the glass or remove the coating.
You will only need to clean the glass periodically when the dust begins to accumulate. You may use a feather duster or a can of compressed air to remove any dust as needed.
Only use rubbing alcohol to remove fingerprints after the initial installation and compressed air or a feather duster thereafter.
