No. You should not see a reflection in the glass when viewed from the proper viewing position. Remember, this is not normal glass, it’s holographic glass. When you view the fireplace straight on from more than five feet away you will not see a reflection in the glass. You will only see sharp, vibrant flames.
The only time you may see a reflection in the glass is if you’re standing within two to three feet of the fireplace looking straight down on it. In that circumstance, you may see a bit of a reflection on the bottom edge of the glass that is not visible when seated on a couch several feet away.
