Insert – No. If you ordered an Insert, it will be delivered with FedEx. They will not call before delivery, and will not require a signature. Please track your package and make sure to be home at time of delivery.
Mantel – Yes. If you ordered a mantel package, then the freight company will contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment in advance. They will give you a 4-hour window to pick the day and time for delivery. However, they will not actually call you on the day of delivery. Please be sure to be home during your delivery window and do NOT expect a call before the driver shows up. You will need to be there to receive & for your package. If you notice any damage please make sure to notate it on the bill of lading.
