Curbside delivery means that our freight company will bring your fireplace curbside in front of your home. They will use a hydraulic lift gate to take your fireplace down from truck level and then a pallet jack to transport the fireplace to your property. They may be able to bring it into your garage if requested, but it’s not guaranteed. If you have a slope or a difficult driveway that may affect the delivery position.
We only guarantee the fireplace to be delivered to the front of your house and not necessarily delivered to your door. The driver will not enter your home, take the boxes, or assemble the fireplace.
