It depends on what you order. If what you’re ordering is in stock it usually ships within 24-48 hours. If the unit is back-ordered it can take some amount of time longer, depending on which unit, in particular, you’re ordering.
Once the unit ships, you will generally receive it in 5-10 days. This is an approximation only and we do not guarantee delivery dates. Once the unit ships, and you have a tracking number, you’ll know exactly when to expect your unit.
If you ordered a mantle package the freight company will contact you before delivery to set up a delivery appointment. Inserts are delivered by FedEx without notification. It’s always best to track on the carrier’s website or the most accurate information.
