Insert – Track It. If you ordered an insert then it will be delivered with FedEx. You will not need to be home to sign for the delivery. Please track the package and try to be home when it’s delivered to secure the package, or notify someone else in your home or your neighbor to secure the package.
Mantel – Appointment. You absolutely need to be home at the time of delivery to sign for your fireplace and verify it was received damage free. If you notice anything suspicious on the boxes please be sure to notate it when signing the bill of lading.
