Standing point blank in front of the fireplace and looking down on it is not a desired angle for this technology. You will see some reflection on the bottom few inches of the glass, possibly of your ceiling. This fireplace is best viewed from at least five feet away and we do not suggest standing so close to it and looking down on it.
