What happens if I have to install a part?

Our fireplaces do not require a trained professional in order to repair. Simply call our technical support team, and we will walk you through installing any replacement parts or provide troubleshooting over the phone as needed.

If you are not technical you can use Angie’s List (now Angi) to find a licensed and vetted contractor in your area.
