It’s impossible to please a hundred percent of the people a hundred percent of the time, but I believe we’ve done extremely well overall. We have by far the most realistic electric fireplace out there, and nothing else comes even close. If our fireplace doesn’t fit the bill, the only other choice may be a real fire. Many customers have told us the MagikFlame has exceeded their expectations and in some cases, it’s the best gift “they ever received”.
