My payment was declined.

It’s not uncommon for a payment to be declined since we are an out-of-state business and you have not done business with us before. Most likely your credit card company is protecting you from perceived fraud in an overabundance of caution.

Since this is an authorized transaction, please call your bank right now, and let them know that you’re attempting a purchase at MagikFlame. They will clear any limitation on your card, and ask you to try again.

Call us back immediately and let us know to run your credit card again. It should work the second time. You will not have been charged the first time.
