To unlock your Virtual Fish Tank from the touchscreen:
- Press the arrow on the far right-hand side of the touchscreen.
- Press the Amazon logo, then the unlock icon, then the aquarium icon.
- Enter your unlock code.
When the code has been successfully entered, your fireplace will display “unlocking fish tank” and restart automatically. Once it’s back on, you’ll be able to select the aquarium like any other flame setting.
Tip: The timing can be a little tricky — it may take a few tries to enter the code correctly. Take your time and enjoy the moment.
