Can you send someone to my home?

We offer seven-day-a-week VIP premium tech support to our customers via phone. However, we do not provide in-home services. With that being said, professionals are not required to work on your fireplace. If you can turn a screwdriver you can work on a MagikFlame.

Our technicians will walk you through any repair procedures necessary by phone. If you are not technically capable we will walk a handyman through the procedure on your behalf.
