What is the warranty?

This fireplace has a comprehensive 1-year warranty. It is guaranteed to be free of defects when shipped to you. If anything should go wrong within the warranty period, simply box it up in the original boxes and we will provide a label for shipping the unit back free of charge.

If the unit can be fixed in your home, we will provide replacement parts and guidance as needed. Most warranty issues can be fixed right over the phone with tech support 7-days a week.
