This fee covers checking your unit, testing it, repackaging it, etc and takes us a few hours. We also replace all shipping boxes and other packing materials.
We are a small company, and need to pull a builder off the line to process your return. These fees are meant to simply cover our costs, and are not meant to profit off of you.
