What you get with others is the combination of red and orange and yellow lights, blurred together that kind of looks like fire, but not really. The MagikFlame is completely different than that. We use a state-of-the-art holographic projection technology to create the look of photorealistic fire. We started this business with the sole purpose of creating an electric fireplace that looks real. As a matter of fact, our technology is so groundbreaking and revolutionary we’ve patented it. With our fireplace there is a real physical log set that sits inside of your fireplace. There are some lights on the inside of the log set that flicker and pulsate to create the look of real burning and smoldering embers. Then we take real video of actual fire, and holographically project those flames onto a physical log set making it look like those logs are actually burning. Because we use real fire as the source of our fire effect you get all the beautiful details you would of a real flame, like wispy smoke rolling up off of the logs, as well as burning and smoldering embers reaching for the sky, and even the natural and organic movement of the flame is very true to life, as is the color of the flames. Our fireplace looks real essentially because the flames are real!
To further sell the illusion each flame is accompanied with log crackling and popping sounds sampled from real fires for a multi-sensory experience. A beautiful fire is nothing if it doesn’t reproduce the sound associated with fire and burning logs. This is half of the experience that others miss. A fireplace is not complete without heat. Our fireplace includes a 5,200 BTU infrared quartz heater that will warm your home while saving money on your electricity bill. For convenience, our fireplace can be controlled via your iPhone for the utmost in convenience from your favorite smart device. Since your phone is close by it’s the perfect device to control your MagikFlame from any room of your house. Others use out-dated, infrared line of site remote controls that use a 60-year-old technology. We do it better with state of the art Bluetooth. The MagikFlame can also be controlled via a built-in touchscreen which makes it effortless to use your fireplace even in a dimly lit room, and it’s easy to use by anyone of any skill level. With our product there is no need to squint at cryptic icons on an outdated remote control device.
One of the coolest things about our fireplace is that it actually updates itself and gets better over time. Other fireplaces begin to age the day that you bring them home.
